[NCUC-EC] call for nomcom rep - pls review until 15 july

This is the call for Nomcom rep issued last year

Last year, the call was extended and there was a webinar to interview
candidates Anriette and Ines.

It is time for the 1st term of Anriette to end.

We can send out a call and ask Anriette to apply for reappointment and
open for other candidates.

The call can be the same as last year, and anyone is welcome to do the
adaptations.

Should you have any objections please inform by due date.
