[NCUC-EC] Welcome and Policy Committee appointments

Farzi,

I am sorry if it sounded as if I was suggesting that something was missing
or whether you or Renata let anything pass, it was not my intention!

My question was more in the sense of listing necessary things for getting
ourselves used with the EC, and If we think its the case with your/previous
ECs input I can prepare this document in the future - a *welcome to
NCUC EC* guide
or something that would help the ones to come on how to navigate other than
the Operating Procedures (:

I am sorry if it sounded the wrong way! If everybody else agrees and if you
and Renata have the time , Id second the call! Im meeting Renata tomorrow
at the IGF Brazil and ill bother her either way!
