[NCUC-EC] Welcome and Policy Committee appointments

I am guilty of not sending a full task items but I am sure the colleagues
who have been on EC can help too. Am a bit swamped, will coordinate with
Renata, normally tasks are not set in stone. But generally familiarize
yourself with our operating procedures.

I think I could arrange an introductory meeting to EC with Renata if that
is needed.
