[NCUC-EC] FW: INPUT REQUIRED: FY18 NCPH Intersessional

ok So Renata does not support going to the US for intersessional. How does
the rest of EC feel about this? Also, it is a done deal now and we are
going to intersessional but do you all agree that the meeting should be
held every other year and not every year?
