Dear Rafik,

Thank you very much for the link. Very helpful and informational.

I think one way we can thoroughly deal with issues of information not
available is to start the process of opening up data. I am aware ICANN is
in the process of coming up with open data initiative,  I strongly  believe
that this initiative will go a long way to solve the issues of
unavailability of data, transparency, accountability etc. and as well help
promote good governance within ICANN and it's communities.
