The NCUC Brochure - Chinese - finalized version is attached.  Please check
it.

"revise track" version is for you to know where we revised. Appreciate to
the following experts from Translation Advisory Group: Yue LIU, Feng GUO
and Jianchuan Zhang.  Thank you for your knowledge contribution.
