[NCUC-DISCUSS] New Portuguese brochure posted

I am attaching my revised version where in *red* are my additions and words
or sections i suggested to be removed are also shown. Please do review and
let me know if you agree with the changes so that I process with making the
final draft or the final layout depending on the feedbacks.
