NCUC Nomination for Poncelet

Thanks for this call for reflection.

I would like to add here some suggestions: Before the elections, all
candidates (even if uncontested) should present their experience,
intentions, and visions to the electing public. And while this will give
every candidate an opportunity for self-expression, I think the
Executive Committee should announce and invite all candidates to make
such a presentation, within a specific framework, for example:

- date when to submit such a statement, and to which address,
- some fixed points to be stated: like present base from where relating
to NCUC, since when personally involved in NCUC (and since when in any
other ICANN or similar environments, if any),
-any other point the ExCom might want to add,
- some indication of "up to how many words" for the whole presentation.

I think that also the latest item is important so that the different
statements are somewhat comparable. (I say so after having read many,
and having written some such statements.)
