Dear Eyitayo,

I hope this message finds you well.

On behalf of the Non-Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC), I am pleased to
invite you to participate as a *speaker* in our upcoming *NCUC Quarterly
Webinar*, titled:

*“From Policy to Practice: How DNS Abuse Mitigation Impacts Civil Society
and End Users.”*

*Webinar Details*
📅 *Date:* Wednesday, 11 February 2026
🕒 *Time:* 15:00 UTC
⏱ *Duration:* 80 minutes
🌐 *Format:* Online (Zoom)

👉 *Zoom registration link:*

🕰 *Check your time zone:*

We would be honoured if you could contribute to the session by
speaking on *case
studies from across Africa*, highlighting the *differing yet interconnected
impacts of DNS abuse mitigation measures* across the region. In particular,
your intervention could explore:

   -

how DNS abuse manifests differently across African country-code
   top-level domains (ccTLDs),
   -

operational and governance challenges faced by registries and local
   Internet ecosystems, and
   -

The regional implications of global DNS abuse policies on access, trust,
   and Internet development in Africa.

Given your role as *Chair/President of AfTLD* and your deep experience
within the African DNS ecosystem, we believe your insights would provide
critical regional context and practical examples that will greatly enrich
the discussion.

The webinar brings together speakers from the technical community, civil
society, and policy spaces and is *open to all interested participants*
across ICANN and the wider Internet governance ecosystem.

Please find attached the *draft concept note*, which provides additional
background on the objectives and structure of the session.

We would be grateful to know your availability and interest at your
convenience. Should you have any questions or require further information,
please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you very much for considering this invitation. We would be delighted
to have you join us.

Kind regards,

*Wisdom Donkor* (CASP+, CISM, CEH Certified,)
