addressing the session segment focused on *DNS abuse threats*, including:

   -

   the evolving *DNS abuse threat landscape*,
   -

   *technical and operational methods for detection and mitigation*, and
   -

   The importance of *proportional, risk-based response approaches* that
   balance security objectives with due process and user rights.

Given your extensive experience and leadership in DNS security and
operational practice, we believe your insights would be invaluable in
grounding the policy discussion in real-world technical realities and
helping participants better understand how abuse mitigation decisions are
made and implemented in practice.

The webinar will bring together speakers from the technical community,
civil society, and policy spaces and is *open to all interested
participants* across ICANN and the wider Internet governance ecosystem.
