[NCUC-EC] Proposal for NCUC Webinar – 28 September 2026, 14:30 UTC

Dear Amine,

I propose that the initial topic, “*AI, DNS Abuse and the Open Internet:
Protecting Non-Commercial Users,*” be revised to:

*“AI and DNS Abuse: Keeping the Internet Safe and Open for Everyone.”*

The revised topic retains the original focus while using simpler, clearer
and more inclusive language. The phrase “for everyone” makes the topic
accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences and reflects the
broader impact of AI and DNS abuse on individuals, civil society
organisations and Internet users generally.

It is also easier to understand, remember and promote while preserving the
central objective of protecting a safe and open Internet.
