[NCUC-EC] Proposal for NCUC Webinar – 28 September 2026, 14:30 UTC

Hi all,

One thing I forgot during the meeting - we should change at least one of
the speakers for an NCUC/NCSG person deeply involved with the object of the
webinar, preferably a woman - either Farzi, Michaela, or Bruna. Just have
to check who would be the most comfortable with the subject.
