Hi Amin,

Sorry for the delayed answer. Good to know, and thanks for the
clarifications!

It would be fruitful to also have them inserted in the doc, so these very
valuable points can be evident to the readers. This could also be the basis
for attributing clearer responsibilities/more concrete tasks to each member
of the committee - along with a more detailed timeline on major milestones
to be achieved (I'm thinking especially about the example of the website,
meaning what sections should be updated until a certain date). What I was
thinking, to explain myself better, is to focus less on the daily tasks
themselves as attributions and more on the goals we want to achieve.

Also to explain why I think this is so crucial: from our previous
experience with teams here at the NCUC, I believe it is a bit harder to
achieve larger end-goals without establishing them first and a step-by-step
on how to get to them, mostly because the voluntary work has these
downfalls and we naturally tend to prioritize other tasks if we don't have
a "soft" obligation to comply with.
