[NCUC-EC] [Ext] RE: Day Zero Meeting with the Board

I agree it is important, but at this point the Board is taking the
position "we are happy to fix the nomcom seat issue as soon as you
have community support (so more than 50%) for it".

The Pilot Holistic Review issue is one I am happy to raise. Do
we do it in the Day Zero meeting with the board (where they have
told us they won't address any policy issues) or in the public
meeting with the Board? I suggests the latter.
