[NCUC-EC] [NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN81 NCUC Outreach

The session is just to introduce NCUC to the local community.

It is also opportunity to find synergy or collaboration opportunities with
local civil society actors present at the meeting.

There will be no audio visual support. It will be a conversation.
