Hi EC! Hope you are all doing well.

The final agenda is the same doc that was shared in the last conversation,
right? This one:

I saw that "NCUC ECs" have a role as speakers - do we have to prepare
something? What should we speak about - policy work? What we do in our
region?

Also, we used the 3B60 room for a meeting, and it is quite small - how many
people are we expecting - better yet, who have we invited beyond the NCSG?
