[NCUC-EC] Concerns Regarding NCUC Decision-Making and Session Legitimacy

Dear Executive Committee Members of NCUC,
I’m reaching out to address a recent issue regarding our collaborative
process in NCUC decisions.
I feel that Benjamin has been making decisions independently, without
adequately engaging the Executive Committee or considering the input we've
provided, including suggestions from my recent emails. I regret to point
this out, but this is what occurred!

I want to bring to your attention that in my October 17 email, I raised my
concerns and my discomfort because I received a copy of the agenda of the
NCUC Outreach session at ICANN81 from someone outside the executive
committee! The agenda, prepared and shared by Benjamin on October 7,
coincides with the same time when Pedro, Benjamin, and I are working
together to organize the session!!!! This lack of transparency has caused
some confusion, especially with mistakes that I have highlighted previously.

Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to question both the legality
of this approach and the legitimacy of the NCUC Outreach Session planned
for ICANN81.

I appreciate your prompt response and support in addressing this matter, as
I believe it’s essential for us to work together with transparency and
mutual respect.
