[NCUC-EC] Concerns Regarding NCUC Decision-Making and Session Legitimacy

Benjamin,
As I’ve mentioned several times in my previous emails, It's crucial that we
make decisions together rather than you trying to manipulate the situation.
I don’t support that approach you use in mixed subjects by bringing things
from outside the box , and it's not the approach I support.

Please focus only on the subject matter at hand. I am not here to blame
anyone, or to receive lessons on multicultural communication, or be guided
about the tone of the words to choose. I’m also not questioning the
responsibilities of the Chairperson. I ask that you stop making unreal
claims about my involvement, such as that I declined to contribute. If
anything, I believe it’s important for you to reconsider your way used with
me at the beginning.

As a member of the NCUC, I have the right to ask questions and receive
clear answers, even if my perspective doesn’t align with yours.

Unfortunately, I have not received responses to all my questions and
concerns. From the beginning of the outreach session preparation, all my
questions were dismissed. In parallele a solo work was done. I also noted
your ignorance to involve other parties or discuss collaborative efforts.

Based on this experience, I feel that your approach is not meeting with
mine. At least, I put all the issues in front of all.

At the End, from the beginning, I proposed a solution and requested more
clarity. I still stand by my initial point: it is essential that we work
collaboratively and make decisions together.

Thank you.
Amin
