[NCUC-EC] Issue Forum Update

Hello all.

 

I have updated the document (link below) with a tentative schedule. When
putting this together it becomes apparent that for some of the topics we
either don't have a speaker or I couldn't find (or could not remember) who
it was going to be. Please have a look and make any necessary changes!

 

If needed, we can have a quick chat on Monday afternoon (UTC+2) time zone to
discuss how this will go.
