Dear Ines,
My understanding of your point is not clear, for the purpose of clarity, we
currently do not have a LAC representative.

Claudio has made it clear we get a replacement for him.  We need an EC for
the region, the bylaws require the Chair to find an EC for the region at
all times.

NCUC does not have representatives in the region and our activities are
lacking in that region, do you have any suggestions on how to fill that gap?
