Thank you Ben and Ken

I have a question. We recently had elections and no one run for the region.

We are not in a situation of for exemple an EC leaving office for any
reason and that we have 6 months to next elections.

I am curious to know what the bylaws say because last term we had exactly
the same situation and we did a call and then there was no time commitment.
