[NCUC-EC] NCUC REPS at the Policy Committee - Urgent

Dear EC,

On the subject of appointing two new members to serve as our Reps at the
NCSG PC, after two open calls with no applications or candidates, I
decided to consult with members who would possibly be interested.

Therefore, we arrived at two names - Liz Orembo and Olga Kyrilyuk. Both
have expressed interest at working with and at the PC and I would like to
know if we are ok with this appointment.
