[NCUC-EC] Viviane Vinagre - Additional funding Request - Answers by wed, feb 19th

I support this, but would ask her to just book asap so we can reimburse the
actual cost. Obviously, the preference would be Hotel Suites La Roca, if
it's still available, as that seems significantly cheaper. If that's not
available, I'd be fine with any option under $150, as you suggested.
