[NCUC-EC] Draft FY21 ABR doc for Org - REVIEW BY 17 DEC

Dear all,

We got no comments on the ABR document from the membership.

Given that we had Christmas and that we're still in the "in between" week,
I will send a reminder tonight and give an additional 24hr for the
membership to provide comments.

I would also ask you to do a final review as well.
