Hi Bruna

Thank you for this document, it s always helpful to have deadlines for the
EC to chime in.

I agree with Michael s suggestion on ICANN 66 CROP as I believe it s in the
procedures to use it for the first meeting in the correspinding FY.
For the CROP locations suggested on the doc, given that the next three
icann meeting will be in NA, LAC and APAC, I think that having the 'sort
of' mandatory CROP for NA, a CROP for the Global IGF in Europe and to an
ICANN-related event in Africa (there are plenty such as AIS/FIFA
AFRICA/DRIF etc) makes more sense. Indeed next Rightscon was announced to
be in Costa Rica so this leaves no opportunity at all for NCUC Africa
members to get a CROP.
