[NCUC-EC] Reimbursement - IGF 2018 - Lia Hernandez

Hi,

Should we go back to Lia and ask for clarification on the discrepancy before we make a firm decision?

Generally, whenever I depart from an approved itinerary, I make sure to do so in a way that’s either cost neutral or at a savings (and I include a comparator as a reference). But it could be there was something unavoidable here, or a cancellation or something, so she should get the opportunity to explain.
