[NCUC-EC] Monthly checkin with Maryam - Notes

Thanks Bruna, concerning one of the action items. I had sent the tentative
call on a google doc and I thank those who commented on it.
For next call, I am available on Friday but my understanding is that Maryam
is on a leave, so better to check this.

Concerning CROP, we used one for Marrakech and I think we should open the
remaining one to another meeting, Rightscon is a major event that also
comes to my mind for CROP allocation but am not aware of other major
meetings before July as I understood is the deadline for CROP.
