Dear EC and Chair,

Thank you very much for your report of our last call, Renata. Unfortunately
I had several problems with my flights what made it impossible for me to
join the discussion. But given that the discussion points were very
important for all of us and our EC work and the short quorum and also the
technical problems that prevented Ines from participating of the entire
call, I would like to request another call for us to reassess the discussed
points.

Also, there seems to be some misunderstanding with regards to some of our
claims: eg. request to hold off emails was in regards to achieving better
communication channels and prevent from setting so many threads on the
exact same subjects - what often gets me lost in the amount of emails we
receive; apart from some inconsistencies: subjects that were mentioned in
this report but are not on the call transcripts.

Having said that and given that we already find ourselves in the very end
of march, I would suggest for us to re-do the mentioned call in order
to to clear
up any misunderstandings and set the path forward for FY19 - we still have
a lot to do and the Panama meeting is in 2 months time so we find ourselves
in an excellent timeframe for better planning our actions on the upcoming
meeting.

Best,
B.
