[NCUC-EC] Formal request

Hi all,

Thanks for sending the email, Elsa.
I agree it is important to give continuity to fine-tuning our communication
efforts and a call is certainly in place for us to do so.
With regards to the agenda, I would kindly suggest we use this google doc
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1snDt2CnWOO9VH53S-y5QOIgKsdH7CTPhMO-lS1gfViw/edit?usp=sharing>
to edit/add any other items that we might find relevant to the discussion.
I'd also favor having a call anytime next week. Once we have the date, we
can agree on closing the agenda for edits at least three days before the
meeting.
