[NCUC-EC] Formal request

As you are all aware by now, there is an issue w/ Adobe
Staff I think only books meetings after the next week.

I will remind everyone we also have WSIS session next week 22Mar 13:15
(GMT+1), which will be streamed

We can inquire with staff if it is possible to book at the dates
mentioned with another tool.

I can also provide my own Zoom room w/ recording capabilities

I do not see a request to invite members or ICANN staff. But if there
would be I would say that earlier notice should be given
