Dear Thato
Thanks for your message.
Indeed great idea and good to see NCUC Africa members being investigative
and proactive, kudos.
A few pointers:
* The decision whether this is an NCUC or NCSG project is yours, since you
are now an NCSG officer.
Should you decide it being an NCSG, you have to discuss it with NCSG Chair,
Farzaneh.
Should you decide it being an NCUC Chair, the pointers below can help.
* About platform and funding
ICANN uses a free channel for podcasts
https://soundcloud.com/icann
Usually the NCUC does not grant funding for governance projects but this is
an EC decision, should you decide to apply
We can't use ICANN logo, we would have to use NCUC logo
We can use NCUC Twitter to spread the word, just suggest tweets
* ICANN Comms
They can build an image that we can use on social media or help as logo
Not sure if there is anything else they can do
* 1st run
How about doing a 1st run in an upcoming members call 2 weeks after Puerto
Rico?
The twitter project #AskNCUC can give some support too
The group could get together via Zoom, for instance, and discuss a policy
theme
This can be 20min before the webinar itself
A suggested topic would be ICANN Budget comment
If 4 members, 5min commentary each
Let me know what you think
Best,
Renata
