[NCUC-EC] PIR

[farzaneh badii]

We go by the NCSG charter on that Raoul, in 2019. The funder letter is
pretty clear. NCUC has been nice enough to open its funding to everyone. at
NCSG. I am not gonna continue this conversation. Council is discussing EPDP
which is vital for us to pay attention to. I have clarified as much as I
could.
