[NCUC-EC] Urgent - Statement in response to IGF Proposal thread?

Hi, Lou!

I agree with the statement, we cannot leave Ayden and Jame's messages
unanswered for that long! Having said that, I suggest the following:

1. Addressing the feedback over the weekend just so we are able to send
something tomorrow or monday by latest.
2. Inform the thread that the statement is coming soon, just so we dot
leave it unresponded.

What do you guys think ?
