(sorry, I hit send on the previous email before actually finishing it.)
I would only suggest that instead of starting our check in on August 17th,
we postponed it to the 22nd, in order to avoid any confusion and also
considering that most of our check in would be completed due to NCSG
elections too. And by that time NCSG will have announced the results of the
elections as well.
So the calendar would be like that:
