[NCUC-EC] Doodle Poll for NCUC Members Call

NCUC EC Call 1st week feb

This is a poll for our upcoming call.

NCUC will have a call using Adobe break-out rooms in the beginning of
February.

The aim of this call is to brief members and also provide regional
briefings, which were helpful to engage members in the past.

It is recommended that regional EC still holds their regional calls but
they can be done at another time.

Staff will do a poll to ascertain meeting time with EC first and then
members.

NCUC Calls are open for anyone to participate. NCSG members will be
invited, newcomers are also welcome. It is important to publicize it widely.

The 1st half of the call will be conducted by Chair.

The 2nd half will be break-out rooms conducted by regional EC.

Agenda general topics are suggested below but the EC leading their
break-out room can add topics or guests as they wish.

***General Topics*** - 00:00 to 00:30min.

Chair briefing on ongoing calls and programs for all members - 10min

ICANN61 NCUC Team briefing on how they are preparing - 10min

Intersessional overview - activities by delegates - 10min

***Regional Agendas*** - 00:30min to 00:60min

EC briefing on completed activities

Intersessional overview - EC activities in intersessional

==== Important observations ====

- If EC can't be available in the date of the call, an alternate must be
appointed

- Members will be allocated to their regional EC break-out room but change
of room possibility is being checked

- There will be no dial-out for this meeting

- EC is recommended to still hold their regional calls monthly or bimonthly
but at least two weeks after this call would be good to give members a
breather
