[NCUC-EC] allocation of ICANN61 slot

Dear EC

I have just received news from TC that I need to provide a name asap
to reallocate my ICANN61 slot.

I haven't received any objections to the proposal here.

ICANN meetings sudden notice slot reallocation is done on a case by
case basis and I'm afraid there is no more time. I'll explain in
another email.

So I'll proceed w/ this name.
