[NCUC-EC] Post-Intersessional Action Items

Thank you very much for sending this kickoff email, Lou!

I completely agree with you that we should build up on the great work the
previous EC did with the procedures and by becoming better advocates of it
and ensuring our members are up to date with both the bylaws and the
procedures. And that would be a great opportunity for setting up a
conversation on both the subjects you listed as examples: CoI or our
function as EC.

Following up on our conversation on a prospective survey for the members, I
have listed some questions suggestions.

Last but not least, I do agree that we should try to fit an EC call before
Porto Rico to discuss some of this subjects and the NCUC's agenda for
ICANN61, I believe Renata has been willing to have us review it.
