[NCUC-EC] Travel funding allocation - ICANN63

Dear all,

We need to re-cast the votes, so far the situation is the following:

Shahul Hameed - 5 votes (whole EC voted)
Dina Thomas Covenant - 1 vote

The ones of us who have not yet casted a vote need to do so, and I would
like to inform you that I will abstain from voting unless there's a tie -
considering that in Renata's absence I'm chairing.
