[NCUC-EC] NO need to cancel NCUC constituency meeting

Dear all,

Please do not cancel constituency meeting of NCUC, they are not in parallel
to any PDP. They are held on constituency day when every other group holds
meetings internally.

No one asked to cancel your meetings it was just said: " avoid scheduling
sessions that may actively take people away from participating in the PDP
WG sessions. We certainly recognize and appreciate that conflicts are
unavoidable, but it would be appreciated if you could take this into
consideration with your planning"

If you want, you can cancel other extra meetings you have that are in
"parallel" to PDPs. But you don't have to.
