[NCUC-EC] Justification

Hi Farzaneh
The idea of asking for advice to other Chairs or relevant people to
the decision predates the ICANN63 NCSG/NCUC/NPOC allocation decision.
You have been a Chair we sought for advice multiple times, as well as
Rafik and on Onboarding Program the mentor issued advice.
I was just about to invite Stephanie as observer to this group, as
advice is never enough.
You are right, the EC can decide to go against NPOC Chair advice and
that is why I asked for their justification.
I think, though, you are asking the NCUC EC to assume the funders
would be OK with giving funds always to NCSG/NCUC only when that is
not what was conveyed to us and we were not involved in the
conversation anyway.
Also, Dina Thomas is a member of both NPOC and NCUC so I'm really
puzzled by this intervention you made here on discarding advice from
NPOC Chair, as NCUC Chair.
It also just worsens the fact this is NCUC EC last allocation of
resources NCSG will have this on its domain in 2019. Can't you wait to
have full power of decision until then?
Best,
Renata
