This is the response from Farzaneh
NCSG wants to continue affirming that NCUC has a continuous source of
funding.
I guess point of view is everything.

So this is up to you. If you want to disimburse 1200USD from NCUC to NCSG
At-Large Outreach, vote on it.
I am against.

I don't know why it's so difficult to understand a simple concept: you do
have access to resources and it is NCUC money until March 2019. Everyone
knows that but you just insist on not understanding it. If you keep saying
it's not you are acting against NCUC interest. Correct yourself please on
the email.
