[NCUC-EC] ICANN62 - No NCUC Sessions

Hey Renata,

I think we could take advantage of the part we have in the NCSG-At-Large
session. And as discussed in our EC call, we could potentially have a
get-together for the NCUC community post-scheduled sessions. I'm not sure
how this sounds to the team, so I look forward to their deliberations.
