[NCUC-EC] Fwd: fellowship questionnaire response

Dear Bruna

The extension request was made days ago and shared with both EC and membership.
While I understand the EC wants to have the final say and have enough
time for that, there is a collective effort by members who have asked
to participate on this submission.
Therefore, the EC will have the 10th and 11th to analyze the document
and submit membership work.
If the EC still feel the document is not ready, the EC can always
decide for not submitting it.
