[NCUC-EC] Fwd: fellowship questionnaire response

Renata,

Sorry if I sounded too harsh, but given that I also do not want to spare
some of the members efforts on writing this comment I think there's still a
lot to do - some of the answers seem to be incomplete and out of place,
also we should go through the doc again for fine tuning it.  Last but not
least, the request for re-submitting the document to the list after the EC
validation is completely valid Renata, and we should allow some time during
next week for doing so - this allow NCUC leadership to validate its efforts
with the ones who elect us, no ?

I was just expressing my concerns with the document after all - I value
Claudio's efforts and think this is a very important concern for the ICANN
Community as a whole.
