[NCUC-EC] [deadline 6th April - Please vote] NCUC response on fellowship questionnaire

Hi all,

I appreciate the great amount of work that Claudio and many other members
have put into drafting this comment. It is fundamental for members to feel
encouraged engage in this effort, especially given that the fellowship
program has played such a cross-cutting role in bringing qualified people
to ICANN.
However, having read the document, I would concur that it is not ripe
enough to be submitted. There are contradictions and clarifications that
require attention and are still under review. Not sure if Claudio did add
some of the inputs from this document into Farzi's - but would encourage
this course of action as it could deliver some of the work that was put
into the current document. I also think that we should stress that inputs
be submitted in advance.

Cheers,

Louise Marie Hurel
