[NCUC-EC] [NC 6th April - Please vote] NCUC response on fellowship questionnaire

Hi Renata,

The document indeed isn't presentable as is. However, I think it would be
worthwhile if Ines would work on the document, as she suggested, in order
to fine tune it as much as possible.

I'd vote that we check the updates on the document tomorrow earliest or
tonight and swiftly evaluate amongst each other if the document would be
good enough to circulate amongst the members list and submit later on April
6th. If we find that the document still needs work, then I guess we could
revert to the NCSG document which seems to be somehow finalized.
