[NCUC-EC] [NC 6th April - Please vote] NCUC response on fellowship questionnaire

Hi Renata,

I don't think that's what any of us have said. All three of us have said
that the document should be improved and submitted - and Ines has very
kindly offered to take another crack at it this evening.

Ines and Bruna - feel free to correct me if I'm misunderstanding, but I
think where we stand is: We will aim to submit the NCUC document tomorrow,
and will revisit the draft then to see if it's good enough. Meanwhile, we
encourage more work on it to improve it further.
