[NCUC-EC] [NC 6th April - Please vote] NCUC response on fellowship questionnaire

Thank you all for your comments
As we have 3 votes already this is where it seems that this matter is:

Deadline for NCUC submission is 6 April - since doc is deemed not
ready (by majority of EC isn't) - won't be submitted
If an extension to NCUC is granted, the submission can be re-evaluated
Contributions made to NCUC comment are being tentatively incorporated
to NCSG comment, which will be submitted

I will share this decision of the EC with members tomorrow unless I
receive any other data which could possibly change this process.
