[NCUC-EC] [NCUC-DISCUSS] [Potential Session Proposal] Internet Freedom Festival 2018

Hi all

Just a point of clarification

In 2017 we had an onsite improvised self-organized session. Those also have
to be approved by IFF organizers.
It was a great session, thanks David once more for the collaboration.

But approved official session on the programme by InternetFF fellows NCUC
never had one, afaik. As InternetFF is becoming increasingly competitive
and has a commitment to stay within the small space of Las Naves, this is a
good time to send this and I hope it gets approved.
