[NCUC-EC] UPDATED: IGF Travel Support Applications

Dear Maryam, colleagues

So my understanding as per the announcement Farzaneh shared:

we have one CROP for IGF:

Applicants: Arsene and Joash

and NCUC-Fellowship up to 2000 Dollars:

Applicants: Louise (1000 $) and Khouloud (363.97 $)

For NCUC Fellowship I think we can help both as they deserve it in terms of
the criteria we agreed on and shared to the membership. Besides, they are
presenters at the IGF and fall within the 2000$ that NCUC has. Awesome
news, two women, active members and from different regions. I also loved
both their outreach ideas and I think we can expect a lot from them: Louise
as the prospect EC Europe and Khouloud as an impressively active member of
NCUC since she joined.

For CROP, I can see Joash's email but can't view Arsene's word doc, I might
need to use my laptop when am back from teaching tonight to give my opinion
on CROP and see what we all agree on.
